Rob was prompt in returning my call, on time for the appt. and quick to complete the work. He paid attention to the details (pool fence, mats on the counter before putting equipment down and cleaning up Styrofoam from the box) and his cost was a fraction of what Sears quoted me.

My dryer stopped working and I called Rob after he was recommended by another appliance repair company in Keller TX who couldn't get here. Rob was here within two days and gave me a quick diagnosis. Rob was referred to me to inspect our washing machine, which was on the fritz. He was very honest and advised to me that it would cost more to repair it than to just replace it. Rob quickly diagnosed why my 20-year old microwave stopped working. He suggested a repair would be a lot less than buying a new one. The work was completed quickly -- he even had the part with him in the house. I'll be using Marathon Appliance for all my appliance repairs in the future.

On Wednesday evening I called Rob and left a voicemail - got a call back within 20 minutes. I described the problem with my Samsung refrigerator/icemaker. He asked for the model number so they could order the part in case it needed to be replaced so they wouldn't have to make two trips if they determined it needed to be replaced. We set the appointment for Thursday so the part could arrive. Jason was punctual, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions and explain what the problem was with the icemaker. We wound up needing to replace the unit and the price Rob gave me on the phone is what we paid (nice knowing that up-front!). Hoping not to have another appliance break, but I will definitely call these guys if/when that does happen. Great job, Marathon!

Dave came out and replaced the ice maker in our sub zero yesterday. He was very professional and courteous and did a great job. I booked online, received a confirmation email and phone call, plus Dave called and let me know he was on his way. I will definitely be using Marathon again!
I had to cancel the first appointment because of a family emergency. Rob accommodated this delay and rescheduled the repair without any problem. The repair was done efficiently by Jason, who was professional, polite, and efficient. This was the first time to use Marathon. Based on this experience I will call again when I need them.
